This course was launched as an electronic reference manual for students interested in pursuing field crop scouting for pest management as a vocation in the agricultural community. Information is accessed in a variety of ways, both presentational and exploratory. The course contains a uniquely designed calculator that automatically performs dozens of complex measurement conversions needed by pest management experts. It is the only tool of its kind currently available to this target audience.

News2Web is a new technology-driven process/system in which reporters and journalist can submit their articles to the Reuters news agency realtime. The course was developed to train reporters and journalist on the use of the News2Web software application and process. This course features an interesting “drag and drop” activity designed as a puzzle motif. This activity illustrates how learning concepts can be taught in a fun and challenging way.

United Airlines –
“Automated Refunds and Exchanges”

The Automated Refunds and Exchange system is used by Customer service Representatives at United to issue refunds and make airline ticket exchanges for customers more effectively and efficiently. The course was used to training Customer Service Representatives on the use of the system, and provides them with a real-world learning experience through the use of scenario-based customer interactions.

United Airlines – “Disruptive Customer”
This Disruptive Customer course was designed and developed for United team members whose jobs involve interacting with customers. The course was used to train the team on the appropriate actions to take to resolve potential conflicts with customers. This course offers learners video-based interactions in which they must decide an appropriate course of action.


Pfizer – “Situational Leadership II”

This course introduced thousands of sales executives at Pfizer Pharmaceutical to Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II course. This course was part of a blended learning solution with a live webcast event. It was specifically designed to reflect the corporate culture and philosophy of Discovercard.

Safeway takes great pride in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of product pricing in their grocery stores. Through the implementation of a new software application, the process of pricing and signage was simplified and improved dramatically.
